Recipe: White Chocolate Mango Roulade
Jocelyn's Provision's has been a mecca for Brisbane dessert lovers for decades. So I was lucky to catch up with head chef Isaac Hull this month as the store was in the midst of a major move (they're opening three new stores over the next couple of months).
He shared with me a light and fresh recipe for White Chocolate Mango Roulade. I've never mixed melted chocolate through sponge batter but loved the flavour paired with honey roasted macadamias and fresh, tangy mango.
