Simple Secret for Boosting Sleep
For some reason the change of seasons sparks an increase in insomnia, in us anyway. It could be our bodies adapting to the cooler climate, some other-worldly spiritual thing or maybe just the stresses of the year building. Whatever the cause it's uncomfortable.
So we've been trialling something; Tim Ferriss (that walking, talking human guinea pig) shared on his podcast his sleep solution. It's just a combination of honey, vinegar and water, ingredients most people have to hand and we've found it's just as potent (if not more so) than any sleeping pill we've tried with no morning hangover effect.
Some people have reported it even consolidates memories and sparks vivid dreams. Cool, right? There are heaps of discussions about it online and plenty of converts too. We're hooked!
