Christmas Like a Pro
This month for my column in the Village News I caught up with three local food professionals to learn their quirky Christmas traditions and discover their favourite festive recipes.
It was so much fun and the recipes more challenging than usual. There was a deconstructed Prawn Cocktail (where I made everything from the tomato sauce to the mayonnaise for the seafood sauce), oven-baked ricotta cannelloni and a delicate white chocolate, mango roulade.
Over the next three weeks to Christmas I'll post the recipes, a few bonus ones, and cooking tips. But would love to know if you have any gold Christmas recipes to share? The more the merrier.
